Cooking Steps

  • Verwarm de oven voor op 200 graden.
  • Snijd de ui in halve ringen.

  • Haal de pulled chicken uit de verpakking en verdeel met behulp van 2 vorken in kleine stukken.
  • Verhit 1 el zonnebloemolie in een koekenpan op middelhoog vuur en bak de uienringen 2 - 3 minuten.
  • Voeg de pulled chicken toe en verwarm al roerend 1 - 2 minuten. Voeg de barbecuesaus, 1/2 el bruine basterdsuiker en 2 tl mosterd toe en roer 1 minuut door.
  • Bak ondertussen de briochebroodjes 2 - 3 minuten in de oven.

  • Meng in een saladekom de mayonaise, 2 tl wittewijnazijn, 2 tl extra vierge olijfolie en 2 tl mosterd tot een dressing.
  • Breng op smaak met peper en zout.
  • Meng de rodekool en wortel door de dressing.

  • Snijd de briochebroodjes open en beleg met de koolsalade en pulled chicken.
  • Serveer warm.
