Cooking Steps

  • Breng 350 ml water aan de kook in een pan met deksel.
  • Kook de sushirijst 12 – 15 minuten.
  • Zet daarna het vuur uit, voeg 1 el wittewijnazijn en 1 tl suiker toe en meng goed.
  • Laat afgedekt staan tot serveren.

  • Snijd de zalm in kleine blokjes.
  • Meng in een kom de zalmblokjes met de ponzu, de sesamolie, zout en peper naar smaak.
  • Zet opzij en laat de zalm 5 minuten marineren.

  • Rasp de wortel.
  • Snijd de komkommer fijn.
  • Verhit 1 el zonnebloemolie in een koekenpan op middelhoog vuur en bak de zalm 2 - 3 minuten.

  • Verdeel de rijst over kommen.
  • Serveer de wortel, komkommer, sojabonen en zalm bovenop de rijst.
  • Sprenkel de marinade erover en garneer met de srirachamayo en furikake.
