  • Breng ruim water aan de kook in een pan. 
  • Kook de noedels in 4 - 5 minuten beetgaar. 
  • Giet af en spoel af onder koud water.

  • Snijd de paprika in dunne reepjes. 
  • Snijd de bosui in dunne ringen. 
  • Hak de verse koriander grof. 
  • Hak de pinda's grof.

  • Voeg de noedels, paprika, bosui, sojabonen en mix van rodekool, wittekool en wortel toe aan een saladekom. 
  • Voeg de dressing toe en meng goed door elkaar.

  • Verdeel de salade over twee borden. 
  • Garneer met de verse koriander en gezouten pinda's. 
  • Breng op smaak met peper en zout. 
  • Voeg eventueel sambal toe naar smaak.
