Cooking Steps

Fry the potato wedges

  • Boil plenty of salted water in a pot or saucepan for the broccoli.
  • Heat a drizzle of sunflower oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. 
  • Fry the potato wedges with the Sicilian-style herbs for 15 minutes until golden-brown and done, tossing regularly.
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Fry the sausage

  • Melt a knob of butter in a frying pan over medium-high heat and fry the sausage for 2 - 3 minutes until evenly browned.
  • Cover with the lid and fry for 8 - 10 more minutes over medium heat, turning regularly.
  • Remove from the pan and set aside to keep warm until serving.
  • Meanwhile, cut the head of the broccoli into florets and dice the stem.
Fry the vegetables

  • Boil the broccoli for 5 - 6 minutes, then drain and set aside.
  • Chop the onion in the meantime.
  • Melt a knob of butter in the same frying pan over medium-high heat. Fry the onion and the broccoli for 2 - 3 minutes.
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper.

  • Meanwhile, finely chop the dill.
  • In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise with the honey and the mustard, along with as much dill as preferred.
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • Serve everything on plates with the dill mayonnaise alongside.
