- Boil plenty of salted water in a pot or saucepan for the broccoli.
- Heat a drizzle of sunflower oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Fry the potato wedges with the Sicilian-style herbs for 15 minutes until golden-brown and done, tossing regularly.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Melt a knob of butter in a frying pan over medium-high heat and fry the sausage for 2 - 3 minutes until evenly browned.
- Cover with the lid and fry for 8 - 10 more minutes over medium heat, turning regularly.
- Remove from the pan and set aside to keep warm until serving.
- Meanwhile, cut the head of the broccoli into florets and dice the stem.
- Boil the broccoli for 5 - 6 minutes, then drain and set aside.
- Chop the onion in the meantime.
- Melt a knob of butter in the same frying pan over medium-high heat. Fry the onion and the broccoli for 2 - 3 minutes.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.

- Meanwhile, finely chop the dill.
- In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise with the honey and the mustard, along with as much dill as preferred.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
