When and what time will my HelloFresh meal box arrive?

We deliver on Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. We do not deliver on Fridays We have an adjusted delivery schedule for the Wadden Islands. The day before the delivery of your meal box, you will receive a text message with a link to track your box. Please note that the time is an indication that the delivery person may have to deal with traffic jams or weather conditions. You will be kept informed of this via the link.

Netherlands (with the exception of the Wadden Islands) We arrive in these regions. every day (Saturday to Thursday) in the morning, afternoon and evening. Randstad (Amsterdam, The Hague, Rotterdam, Utrecht, Haarlem, Leiden and surrounding areas) Gelderland Flevoland Noord-Brabant Large parts of North Holland (Alkmaar, Enkhuizen, Hoorn), Friesland (Leeuwarden, Heerenveen), Drenthe (Assen, Meppel), Groningen (Groningen) and Limburg (Weert, Sittard, Maastricht, Heerlen)

Exceptions In these regions we come on Saturday and Thursday in the morning, afternoon and evening and on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday only in the afternoon and evening

My HelloFresh Box has not been delivered. What now?

Every week, one day before delivery, you will receive a text message with the expected delivery time and a link to track your box. Can we not deliver the box, for example because no one is home? The delivery person will then leave a note with instructions. For example, that your box has been delivered to the neighbors, the instructions from your account have been followed or that your box has been returned to the distribution center.

Do I pay delivery costs for the meal box?

At HelloFresh we have different time windows. We charge a small surcharge for some windows, for example if it is a busy time. Which windows are available depends on your address and the crowds in your living area. If a time window is not available in a given week, it may be available the following week.

How do I adjust the delivery of my meal box?

You can adjust the delivery of your HelloFresh Box weekly via your account settings. For example, would you like to receive the box on a different day or skip it for a week? You can choose from different delivery times every week, for example in the morning (9:00 AM - 1:00 PM), afternoon (2:00 PM - 6:00 PM) or evening (6:00 PM - 10:00 PM). Please report the changes in your account before the order deadline.

What if I am not at home during the delivery of my HelloFresh Box?

Do you know before the order deadline that you are not at home during the delivery of your box? Then easily adjust the delivery time in your account - available delivery times depend on your zip code area. You can also leave a note for the delivery person here. For example, the box can be placed under the carport or delivered to the neighbors when you are not at home. You must also report these changes before the order deadline.
