Cooking Steps

  • Verwarm de oven voor op 200 graden. 
  • Snijd de ui in dunne halve ringen. 
  • Snijd de tomaat in kleine blokjes.
  • Verkruimel de feta.

  • Verhit 1/2 el olijfolie in een koekenpan op middelhoog vuur en bak de aardappelblokjes in 10 minuten goudbruin. 
  • Voeg de laatste 5 minuten de chorizo en het gerookte paprikapoeder toe. Breng op smaak met peper en zout. 
  • Klop ondertussen de eieren los met een scheutje melk. Breng op smaak met peper en zout. 
  • Voeg de ui, tomaat, feta en geraspte kaas toe en meng goed.

  • Vet een ovenschaal in met 1 el olijfolie. 
  • Leg de aardappelen in de ovenschaal. 
  • Giet het eimengsel eroverheen. 
  • Bak de tortilla 30 - 35 minuten in de oven.

  • Controleer na 30 minuten of de tortilla gaar is.
  • Laat een paar minuten afkoelen en serveer.
