Cooking Steps

Aardappelen koken

Verwarm de oven voor op 180 graden en kook 500 ml water per persoon in een pan met deksel voor de aardappelen. Was de aardappelen grondig en snijd in plakken van ongeveer 1/2 cm dik. Kook de aardappelenplakken, afgedekt, in 8 - 10 minuten gaar. Giet af en laat zonder deksel uitstomen.

Snipper ondertussen de rode ui en pers de knoflook of snijd fijn. Halveer de prei in de lengte en snijd in dunne halve ringen. Verhit 1/2 el roomboter per persoon toe in een wok of hapjespan op middelhoog vuur en fruit de rode ui en knoflook 2 minuten. Voeg het gehakt erbij en bak het gehakt in 3 - 4 minuten los.

Bakken

Voeg de prei toe aan de wok of hapjespan en bak de prei 2 minuten mee met het gehakt. Voeg de tomatenbokjes toe en breng het geheel aan de kook. Kook 2 minuten op middellaag vuur en voeg een 3/4 el zwarte balsamicoazijn per persoon toe en breng op smaak met peper en zout.

Ovenschotel maken

Schep het mengsel in een ovenschaal en leg de aardappelschijven er dakpansgewijs op. Bestrooi met de provolonevlokken en de gedroogde oregano en bak 8 - 10 minuten in de oven, of totdat de kaas gesmolten is.Haal de ovenschaal uit de oven en laat nog 2 - 3 minuten rusten. Verdeel het gerecht over de borden.
