- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Cut the potatoes into wedges.
- Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Fry the potato wedges for 18 - 23 minutes, or until golden-brown and done. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Use a sharp knife to remove the skin and the white pith from the orange, then cut the flesh into segments.`
- Chop the onion.
- Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat and fry the onion with the pulled chicken for 4 - 5 minutes, or until done. Stir regularly.
- Heat the bread roll in the oven for 4 - 5 minutes.
- Shave the cucumber into thin ribbons using a peeler or cheese slicer.

- In a salad bowl, combine the orange with the mustard, three quarters of the cucumber, half the mayonnaise and some honey as preferred.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, combine the ketchup with the rest of the mayonnaise.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Cut open the bread roll and spread with some of the mayonnaise sauce.
- Top with the slaw mix and the rest of the cucumber, along with the onion and the pulled chicken.
- Transfer the potato wedges to the salad and toss well to combine, then serve alongside.
