Snijd de gerookte zalm in dunne repen. Verhit ondertussen de zonnebloemolie in dezelfde pan op middelhoog vuur en bak de gerookte zalm in 3 minuten los. Blus af met het citroensap.

Voeg de slagroom toe aan de pan en laat 2 - 3 minuten sudderen op laag vuur, of totdat de verse pasta klaar is. Zet het vuur lager en scheur de spinazie, eventueel in delen, klein boven de pan. Voeg de gekookte pasta toe en meng door de saus.
