Cooking Steps

Verhit de zonnebloemolie in een koekenpan op middelhoog vuur. Voeg de pulled pork toe en 1/2 zakje BBQ rub en bak 1 - 2 minuten. Voeg de smokey ketchup, mosterd en bruine suiker toe aan de koekenpan en verwarm al roerend 1 - 2 minuten.

Verpak ondertussen de tortilla's in aluminiumfolie en verwarm 3 - 4 minuten in de oven. Meng in een saladekom de mayonaise met 2 tl wittewijnazijn en breng op smaak met peper en zout. Meng de rodekool en wortel door de dressing.

Verdeel de koolsalade over de tortilla's en leg de pulled pork erop. Garneer met de cherrytomaten.
