Cooking Steps

Prepare

  • Roughly chop the white chocolate chips. 
  • Add the Greek yogurt and two-thirds of the strawberries to a blender (or a tall container if you're using an immersion blender), then blend into a thick substance.
  • Add honey to taste. 
Make the bark

  • Transfer the mixture to a parchment-lined baking sheet and spread it out to create an even layer (see Tip).
  • Scatter the walnut & cranberry mix, white chocolate chips and the rest of the strawberries on top. 

Tip: you can also add it to a large oven dish as long as it is safe to freeze. 

Serve

  • Transfer the Greek yoghurt bark to the freezer.
  • Freeze for at least one hour or overnight.
  • Remove the bark from the freezer 5 minutes before serving.
  • Roughly cut the bark into smaller pieces.
