Ovenfrietjes maken

Verwarm de oven voor op 220 graden. Schil de aardappelen of was ze grondig en snijd er frietjes van 1/2 tot 1 cm breed van. Meng ze op een bakplaat met bakpapier met 1/2 el olijfolie per persoon, peper en zout. Bak 30 – 40 minuten in de oven. Schep halverwege om.

Meng in een kom: De helft van de zure room, 1 tl paprikapoeder per persoon, 1 tl mosterd per persoon, peper en zout. Snijd de kipfilethaasjes in gelijke stukken van ongeveer 3 cm en meng de kipfilethaasjes met het zure roomsausje.

Groenten snijden

Snijd de tomaat in partjes. Hak de bieslook fijn. Halveer de komkommer in de lengte en snijd in halve plakjes. Meng de tomaat en komkommer in een saladekom met per persoon: 1/2 el extra vierge olijfolie, 1 tl witte balsamicoazijn, de helft van de bieslook, de overige zure room, peper en zout.

Controleer de ovenfrietjes en verdeel de panko, peper en zout over een diep bord. Wentel de kipfilethaasjes door de panko, zorg dat ze volledig bedekt zijn met panko.

Kipnuggets maken

Leg een bord met keukenpapier erop klaar, zodat je de kip hierop kan leggen als je hem uit de pan haalt. Verhit 5 el zonnebloemolie per persoon in een koekenpan op middelhoog vuur. Zorg dat de olie goed heet is en bak de kip dan 2 – 3 minuten per kant. De kip is klaar als hij een goudbruin korstje heeft.

Serveer de kipnuggets met de tomaat-komkommer salade, de zoet-pittige chilisaus en vergeet de frietjes niet!
