Peel the mango and finely chop the flesh. Set 2 tbsp of cut mango aside for garnish.
Cut 2 passion fruit in half and scoop out the flesh.
Peel the banana and cut in thirds. Leave 4 mint leaves on the side, chop the rest of the mint finely.
Cut the third passionfruit in half.
