- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Chop the onion and slice the leek into thin crescents.
- Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Fry the mince with the onion and the leek for 3 - 4 minutes.
- Turn off the heat and stir in in the demi-glace, then season to taste with salt and pepper.

- Meanwhile, slice the courgette.
- Transfer the leek mixture to a large oven dish and spread evenly.
- Top with the courgette and scatter over the Hello Buon Appetito.
- Finally, top with the potato rounds. Season generously with salt and pepper.
- Cover the oven dish with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.
- Increase the heat to 230°C.
- Remove the foil, then scatter over the potato seasoning mix and the cheese.
- Return to the oven for 10 - 15 minutes, or until golden.
- Serve the gratin on plates.
