Cooking Steps

Snijd het briochebroodje in plakken van 2 cm dik. Pel de banaan en snijd in plakjes (zie Tip). Hak de chocoladedruppels grof. 

Tip: Met de bananen en eieren die je overhoudt, kun je de volgende dag banaan-ei pannenkoekjes bakken!

Klop in een diep bord de melk, het ei, de suiker en een snufje zout met een garde.

Verhit de zonnebloemolie in een koekenpan op middelhoog vuur. Wentel ondertussen de briocheplakken door het eimengsel. Let op: laat de plakken niet liggen in het eimengsel, als het brood te nat is, worden de wentelteefjes niet krokant. Leg de briocheplakken in de pan en bak ongeveer 4 minuten per kant, of tot ze stevig beginnen te worden.

Verdeel de wentelteefjes over de borden. Serveer met de mascarpone en garneer met de banaan, chocoladedruppels en pindakaas. Besprenkel met de honing.
