Schil de kiwi en snijd in plakjes. Snijd de helft van de banaan. Snijd de andere helft in plakjes. Houd de kiwi, banaanplakjes en enkele frambozen apart om te garneren. Voeg de overige banaan, frambozen, volle yoghurt en honing toe aan een blender of hoge kom met staafmixer. Mix tot een dikke smoothie. Verdeel de smoothie over diepe borden of kommen. Garneer met de achtergehouden kiwi, banaan en frambozen.

Pel de bananen en snijd ze in stukken. Voeg de banaan, frambozen en 250 ml kokosmelk toe aan een blender of hoge kom. Voeg de blauwe bessen toe, maar bewaar een handjevol blauwe bessen voor de garnering. Mix met de blender of een staafmixer tot een dikke smoothie. Voeg naar smaak honing toe en mix kort door de smoothie. Schenk de smoothie in twee glazen en garneer met de overige blauwe bessen.

Snijd 1 banaan in plakken. Pers de limoen uit boven een kleine kom. Voeg de banaanstukjes, 250 ml kokosmelk, de ananasstukjes en het limoensap toe aan een blender of hoge kom. Mix met de blender of een staafmixer tot een smoothie. Mix honing naar smaak door de smoothie. Verdeel de smoothie over 2 glazen en garneer met de kokosrasp.
