Cooking Steps

  • Verwarm de oven voor op 200 graden.
  • Halveer het bladerdeeg in de lengte. De ene helft gebruik je in stap 2 en de andere in stap 3.
  • Snijd de ham in de lengte in plakken van 1 cm.

  • Verdeel de honing-mosterddressing over één van de bladerdeeghelften. Besprenkel met de geraspte oude kaas.
  • Rasp de Parmigiano Reggiano en strooi deze er ook over.
  • Rol één rand van het deeg op naar het midden. Doe hetzelfde met de tegenoverliggende rand, zodat de rolletjes in het midden samenkomen.
  • Snijd het opgerolde deeg in dunne plakjes.

  • Snij de andere helft van het bladerdeeg in de lengte in reepjes van 2 cm.
  • Verdeel de ham over de deegstroken, maar laat om de beurt steeds 1 strook leeg.
  • Draai twee reepjes bladerdeeg in elkaar, één met ham en één zonder.
  • Herhaal dit met alle stroken om de twisters te maken.

  • Verdeel de kaasvlinders en twisters over een bakplaat met bakpapier.
  • Bestrijk de kaasvlinders en twisters met de melk. Strooi de geraspte kaas over de twisters en strooi de sesamzaadjes over de kaasvlinders.
  • Bak 20 - 25 minuten in de oven.
  • Serveer warm, of laat eventjes afkoelen en serveer op kamertemperatuur.
