Cooking Steps

  • Verwarm de oven voor op 200 graden. Haal de roomboter uit de koelkast en laat op kamertemperatuur komen.
  • Hak de bieslook fijn.
  • Pers de knoflook of snijd fijn. 
  • Rasp de Parmigiano Reggiano met een fijne rasp.

  • Voeg de zachte roomboter toe aan een kom.
  • Meng de roomboter met de extra vierge olijfolie, de knoflook en 2/3 van de verse bieslook.
  • Breng op smaak met een flinke snuf zout.

  • Snijd de demi-baguettes in schuine plakken, maar snijd de plakjes niet los van de onderkant. 
  • Besmeer de plakjes aan de binnenkant ruim met knoflookboter. 
  • Verdeel de geraspte cheddar en Parmigiano Reggiano in en over de baguettes.
  • Bak 10 minuten in de oven, of tot de kaas goudbruin kleurt.

  • Leg het knoflookbrood op een serveerschaal en bestrooi met de overige verse bieslook.
  • Breek het brood aan tafel in stukken.
