Niets gezelliger dan samen bakken! Een cake, taart of brownies - je bakt het heel eenvoudig met onze bakbox. Met elke week een ander makkelijk te volgen recept, een bakmix en verse ingrediënten bak je in een handomdraai iets lekkers om samen van te genieten.

Bak deze week zelf bananenbrood en geef een twist aan het klassieke recept: met blauwe bessen en citroen.

Cooking Steps

Voorbereiden

  • Verwarm de oven voor op 160 graden.
  • Prak de bananen fijn met een vork (zie Tip).
  • Vet een rechthoekig cakeblik in, of bekleed de binnenkant met bakpapier.

Tip: Hoe bruiner en rijper de bananen, hoe zoeter de cake. Je kunt je bananen sneller laten rijpen door ze in de buurt van een avocado te leggen of ze in een krant te wikkelen.

Beslag maken

  • Meng in een grote kom de geprakte bananen met de bananenbroodmix, het water en 100 ml zonnebloemolie.
  • Rasp de schil van de citroen met een fijne rasp boven de grote kom. Mix het geheel met een garde of handmixer tot een egaal beslag.
  • Meng tot slot de blauwe bessen door het beslag.
  • Pers de citroen uit en bewaar het sap voor stap 4.
Bananenbrood bakken

  • Giet het beslag in het cakeblik en bak het bananenbrood 45 - 55 minuten in de oven.
  • Laat het bananenbrood 10 minuten afkoelen in het blik. Laat daarna 5 minuten afkoelen zonder het blik.
Serveren

  • Verwarm, terwijl het bananenbrood afkoelt, een koekenpan zonder olie op hoog vuur. Rooster het amandelschaafsel goudbruin.
  • Meng in een kleine kom de poedersuiker met 4 tl citroensap tot een glad glazuur.
  • Verspreid het glazuur over de bovenkant van het bananenbrood en bestrooi met het amandelschaafsel.
