Cooking Steps

  • Verwarm de oven voor op 220 graden.
  • Halveer de demi-baguette in de lengte en besmeer de snijkanten met wat olijfolie. Breng op smaak met peper en zout.
  • Leg de halve baguettes met de snijkant naar boven op een bakplaat met bakpapier en rooster 5 - 7 minuten in de oven (zie Tip).
  • Halveer de avocado en verwijder de pit en schil. Snijd de avocado in de lengte in dunne plakjes.

Tip: Heb je een broodrooster of tosti-ijzer? Gebruik deze dan om de baguette te roosteren.

  • Snijd het basilicum fijn.
  • Snijd de pruimtomaat in kleine blokjes.
  • Meng in een kleine kom een dressing van 2 tl zwarte balsamicoazijn, 1 el extra vierge olijfolie en peper en zout. Meng met de tomaat en het basilicum.

  • Scheur de burrata in kleine stukken.

  • Verdeel de toasts over de borden.
  • Verdeel de serranoham en de tomatensalsa over de toast. Leg de avocadoplakjes erop en garneer met de burrata.
  • Breng flink op smaak met peper en zout.
