Cooking Steps

  • Peel and dice 2 mangos.
  • Roll 1 pomegranate over the countertop so as to release the seeds, then cut it open and scoop them out.

  • Add the mango to a blender (or tall container, if you're using an immersion blender).
  • Add two-thirds of the pomegranate seeds and the quark, then blend until smooth.

  • Add honey to taste.

  • Pour the smoothie into two glasses and garnish with the rest of the pomegranate seeds.
