Cooking Steps

Voorbereiden

Verwarm de oven voor op 180 graden. Snijd de groene peper (let op: pittig! Gebruik naar smaak) in kleine ringetjes. Verdeel de aardappelen over een bakplaat met bakpapier. Bak de aardappelen 20 minuten in de oven, of tot de aardappelen goudbruin zijn. 

Worst bakken

Verhit 1/2 el roomboter per persoon in een koekenpan met deksel op middelhoog vuur en bak de worst in 2 - 3 minuten rondom bruin. Dek vervolgens de pan af en bak 10 - 12 minuten op middelmatig vuur. Keer de worst regelmatig om.

Chili maken

Verhit 1/2 el olijfolie per persoon in een hapjespan op middelhoog vuur. Voeg het gehakt toe en bak in 3 minuten los. Voeg, zodra het gehakt bruin kleurt, de passata, de helft van de groene peper en 1/2 tl suiker per persoon toe. Breng op smaak met peper en zout en laat 4 - 5 minuten sudderen.

Coleslaw maken

Meng in een saladekom per persoon: 1 1/2 el mayonaise met 1 el rodewijnazijn. Breng op smaak met peper en zout. Voeg de wortel-koolmix toe en meng goed door.

Hotdogs beleggen

Leg, zodra de worst en de chili klaar zijn, de hotdogbroodjes op een bakplaat met bakpapier. Beleg de broodjes met de worst en verdeel de chili over de broodjes. Bestrooi de hotdogs met de geraspte kaas en bak het geheel nog 3 - 4 minuten bovenin de oven, of tot de kaas gesmolten is.

Serveren

Verdeel de aardappelen en coleslaw over de borden. Leg de belegde hotdogs erbij en garneer met de uienchutney en de overige groene peper.
