Cooking Steps

Ovenfriet maken

Verwarm de oven voor op 220 graden. Schil de aardappelen en snijd ze in repen van 1/2 - 1 cm dik. Meng de frieten in een kom met 1/2 el olijfolie per persoon. Breng op smaak met peper en zout en verdeel de frieten over een bakplaat met bakpapier. Bak 25 - 35 minuten in de oven, of langer als je ze nog knapperiger wilt. Schep halverwege om.

Groenten snijden

Snijd de rode ui in halve ringen. Snijd de tomaat in blokjes. Halveer de little gem krop en snijd in dunne reepjes. Pers de knoflook of snijd fijn.

Dressing maken

Meng voor de dressing in een saladekom 1 1/2 el mayonaise per persoon met de karnemelk. Breng op smaak met peper en zout. Meng in een kleine kom de overige mayonaise met de knoflook. Heb je een grote knoflookteen ontvangen of vind je rauwe knoflook al gauw te scherp? Gebruik dan de helft.

Vegetarische döner bakken

Verhit de overige olijfolie in een koekenpan op middelhoog vuur. Bak de rode ui 2 minuten aan. Voeg de vegetarische döner toe en bak nog 5 - 6 minuten.

Salade mengen

Meng ondertussen in de saladekom de little gem en tomaat met de dressing.

Verdeel de frieten over het bord. Leg de salade erop, verdeel de vegetarische döner daarover en garneer met de kaas. Serveer met de knoflookmayonaise. Wil je de frieten liever krokant houden? Leg de salade en de vegetarische döner dan naast de friet.
