Cooking Steps

Verwarm de oven voor op 200 graden. Pers de knoflook of snijd fijn. Voeg de knoflook, 1 el mosterd, 1/2 zakje panko en 1 1/2 tl gehaktkruiden toe aan een kom. Voeg peper en zout toe naar smaak. Voeg 1 ei toe en kluts met de smaakmakers. Voeg dan het gehakt toe en meng het geheel goed door elkaar. Kluts het andere ei in een kleine kom en laat staan tot gebruik.

Rol het bladerdeeg uit op een bakplaat met bakpapier. Verdeel 1/4 zakje panko in een lange strook, in de lengte, over het midden van het deeg. Verdeel het gehaktmengsel over de panko. Verdeel de pikante uienchutney over het gehaktmengsel.

Smeer wat van het geklutste ei op de bovenste rand van het bladerdeeg. Vouw het bladerdeeg vanuit de onderste rand om de worstvulling heen. Plak de rol dicht met de ingesmeerde rand en vouw de uiteinden dicht. Draai het saucijzenbrood om zodat de naad naar beneden op de bakplaat ligt.

Snijd met een mes een paar openingen in de bovenkant van het bladerdeeg. Gebruik het overige geklutste ei om de bovenkant in te smeren. Bak 25 - 30 minuten, of tot het bladerdeeg goudbruin kleurt. Leg het saucijzenbrood op een groot bord of een serveerschaal en serveer.
