Cooking Steps

Bake the bread

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Place the ciabatta on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 8 - 10 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, separate the bacon slices. Heat a clean frying pan over medium-high heat and fry the bacon for 3 - 4 minutes until crispy.
Prepare the toppings

  • Halve and pit the avocado, then remove the skin and slice the flesh.
  • Quarter the cherry tomatoes. 
  • Cut the ciabatta in half. 
Serve

  • Top each half of the ciabatta with the avocado slices, bacon and cherry tomatoes. 
  • Crumble the feta on top and season with salt and pepper to taste.
